Raiders Continue to Roll with Win at Detroit Mercy

Women's Basketball wins 88-60
Jumping out to a 19-3 first quarter lead, the Wright State women's basketball team picked up its third Horizon League win 88-60 at Detroit Mercy Saturday afternoon. Four Raiders led the offensive attack with a double-figure scoring efforts from senior Chelsea Welch with 29 points, Mackenzie Taylor with 15 points and Lexi Smith with 14 points. Symone Simmons had her second double-double of the weekend with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Emily Vogelpohl grabbed 11 rebounds.
Wright State is now 12-4 and 3-1.
