The Raiders competed at the 2008 Horizon League Championships in Indianapolis over the weekend, falling to Green Bay to open the week and dropping their final match to Valparaiso.

The Raiders opened their weekend with a hard fought 4-3 victory over Valparaiso before falling 7-0 to league leading UIC. WSU won three of the six singles matches against the Crusaders and took the doubles point with a pair of victories.

The Raiders took the doubles point to open the match and Christa Ames won the deciding match at the #2 singles position as they topped crosstown rival Dayton on Wednesday evening.
