The Wright State softball team dropped both ends of a doubleheader Wednesday at #2 Tennessee, falling in the opener 9-0 and 8-0 in the nightcap.

Seven of Tennessee's nine runs came in the third and sixth while the Volunteers tallied single runs in the first and fourth.  Kortney Tackett led the Raider offense with two.

The second game was scoreless until Tennessee broke out with six in the fourth and added two more in the sixth.

Wright State (1-10) heads to Rock Hill, South Carolina, this weekend for the Winthrop/adidas Tournament.  The Raiders face Eastern Kentucky (3:00) and Norfolk State (5:00) on Friday, Connecticut (3:00) and host Winthrop (5:00) on Saturday and Marist (10:00) on Sunday.
