DAYTON — The Wright State volleyball team wraps up the regular season this weekend as the Raiders welcome Oakland to town with a pair of matches inside McLin Gymnasium. Friday night's match is set for a 6 p.m. start before a 2 p.m. first serve on Saturday afternoon. Friday night's match will be streamed on ESPN+.
Saturday's match is Senior Day, as the Raiders will celebrate the careers of
Taylor Bransfield,
Elena Dubuc and
Andrea Bortulin following the match.

LAST TIME OUT
Wright State tallied two road wins last weekend at Purdue Fort Wayne. Friday,
Katie Sowko led the way with a match-high 18 kills as she added 10 digs for another double-double along with a pair of blocks and a service ace.
Mya Ayro returned to action with 12 kills while
Reilly Zegunis was the third Raider with double figure kills as she tallied 10.
Lauren Yacobucci passed out 45 of Wright State's 51 assists and collected a match-best 12 digs for a double-double of her own. Fort Wayne native
Taylor Bransfield tallied 16 kills and added a match-best seven blocks on Saturday, while Ayro also finished with 16 kills. Sowko was the final Raider with 16 kills, adding 12 digs for another double-double performance, as Zegunis also had double-digit kills with 12. Yacobucci also notched another double-double, passing out 53 of Wright State's 63 assists and adding 17 digs.
HORIZON LEAGUE CHECK IN
Entering the final weekend of the regular season, Wright State has clinched a top-three seed in the Horizon League tournament. The Raiders lock up the No. 2 seed with two wins OR one win and at least one IU Indy loss. Wright State and IU Indy are currently tied for second at 11-5 in the HL, however, the won both matches this season against IU Indy and would own the tiebreaker at the end of the season. Northern Kentucky is 15-1 in the HL and has locked up the No. 1 seed and hosting. NKU travels to take on IU Indy in Indianapolis this weekend.
