Bowlers continue action in St. Louis

BELLEVILLE, IL – The No. 15 Wright State bowling team tallied a pair of wins on Saturday at the Bearcat Classic, heading into Sunday in seventh-place in the 15-team field.

Wright State now has a two-day pinfall total of 9,375. Sunday's action will begin at 9:30 a.m. ET with best-of-seven baker matches in bracket play. Wright State will begin Sunday with a matchup against Oklahoma Christian.
 
The Raiders went 2-3 in Saturday's traditional matches, with wins over Western Illinois (898-878) and Alabama A&M (957-823) while falling to Newman (975-859), Valpo (998-910) and Wisconsin-Whitewater (942-897).
 
Wright State finished day two action with a 4,521 pinfall and on the way to their two-day pinfall total of 9,375 with a 187.5 average game score.
