While at WSU, Brian Bailey helped the team to a 145-84-2 record. The 1987 squad advanced to the NCAA Division II title game.
The Urbana, Ohio native was named a third-team All American in 1987 as well as to the All District Team.
His 214 career runs scored still ranks first while his 263 career hits rank him fifth overall. Bailey stole 82 bases in his career, which ranks fourth. In 1987, he stole 35 bases which is still a school record.
