Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is available in sections 208, 209, 210, 215, 216, 221, 222 and on the arena floor. These areas consist of chairs that may be removed for wheelchair access. To purchase accessible seats please call the Athletics ticket office at 937-775-4934.

Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Savor is a food and beverage company that is dedicated to the safe and responsible service of alcoholic beverages to its patrons during all events that take place at Wright State University's Nutter Center. In order for Savor to serve alcohol responsibly, all patrons appearing under 30 years of age shall be required to present valid identification prior to the purchase of any alcoholic beverages, even when they are wearing the appropriate wristband. Acceptable bona fide identifications at Wright State's Nutter Center are: a Driver's License or State Photo ID, a Military ID, and/or a Passport. Expired ID's will not be accepted as adequate forms of ID. The policy at Wright State's Nutter Center is that all patrons who are 21 years or older that plan on purchasing, possessing and/or consuming alcohol must wear the appropriate wristband. Wristband stations are available at multiple locations on the concourse. There are no exceptions to the wristband policy. The sale of alcoholic beverages at each event at Wright State's Nutter Center will cease at management's discretion. Alcohol may not be sold at all events.
Animals
Only service animals are permitted in Wright State's Nutter Center. Current ADA guidelines do not recognize comfort animals, and they will not be permitted to enter the arena.
Anniversary Deck
The anniversary deck is located on the concourse level near gate 1. The deck can be reserved for group outings on a per game basis and holds a maximum of 100 people depending on the setup. Call the WSU Athletics Ticket Office at 937-775-4934 for more information or to book.
Assisted Listening Devices
Wright State's Nutter Center provides an amplification system for hearing impaired patrons. The devices are available at Guest Services, located at the top of section 210.

Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in all public restrooms in the Nutter Center.
Baby Strollers/Carriers
Baby strollers/carriers are prohibited in the Nutter Center.
Bag Policy
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, the Nutter Center has implemented the following clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that can be brought into the venue. Exceptions to this policy will be made for all medical necessity items after proper inspections. Please read the guidelines carefully before attending an event.
The Nutter Center strongly encourages patrons not to bring any bags, but patrons will be able to carry the following style and size bag.
Approved Bags:
- Clear Plastic, Vinyl or PVC: Must not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" or 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
- One-Gallon Clear Resealable Plastic Storage Bags: Such as Ziploc or similar.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.

- Purses larger than a small clutch bag
- Mesh bags
- Tinted plastic bags
- Printed pattern plastic bags
Prohibited Items:
For safety reasons, the following items are not allowed in the venue:

- Fireworks
- Professional cameras and recording devices
- Laser pointers
Tips for a Smooth Entry:
- Arrive early to allow time for inspection.
- Have your bags open and ready for inspection.
- Familiarize yourself with the policy before arriving to avoid delays

Berry Room
The Berry Room is used on men's basketball game days to host Platinum Lounge pregame hospitality. Raider Athletic Fund members at the Platinum level are able to access the lounge, equipped with a pregame meal and chalk talk from the men's basketball coaching staff.
Birthday Parties
Wright State's Nutter Center has several areas available for rent to accommodate a birthday party at basketball games. Suites and party decks are available on a per game basis. Food and beverage service is available from Savor. For menus and pricing, please visit the
catering page.
If you rent space, you will be permitted to bring in your own birthday cake. All other food and beverages must be purchased from Savor. For more information contact the Wright State Athletics Ticket Office at 937-775-4934.
Box Office and Gameday Hours
The Nutter Center Box Office is open from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. For basketball games the box office is open 2 hours prior to game start time through halftime.
Box Office – Will Call
All tickets are digital and no physical tickets can be left for Will Call at the Nutter Center Box Office. Tickets left by players or either team staff are distributed digitally the day of the game.
Broadcast
All Horizon League basketball games – home and away – are available on the
ESPN family of networks. All men's basketball games are also broadcast on the radio on

Budweiser Brew Deck
The Budweiser Brew Deck, home of the WSU Alumni Zone, is located on the concourse level of the Nutter Center, near gate 8. Gold membership with the Alumni Association earns you access to the Alumni Zone equipped with beverages steeply discounted for Alumni Association Gold-level members and snacks that are provided at no cost. It's a great place to watch the game and mingle with fellow Raiders!

Cameras/Video Recorders
Cameras (no camera cases) are permitted for personal use as long as their use does not create a disturbance or obstructs the view of other fans. Any commercial photography is prohibited. Video cameras, tripods, monopods and cameras with detachable lens are prohibited inside the Nutter Center.
Catering
Savor is the exclusive caterer at Wright State's Nutter Center. They offer a full-service catering facility and can accommodate business luncheons, wedding receptions, and all events from casual to sophisticated. Chosen for their enthusiasm, presentation abilities, and culinary skills, the Savor staff is trained in the finer points of exhibition cooking and techniques of exceptional dining service. Children's Tickets
Children must have their own ticket once they have reached their third birthday.
Coaches Show
The Wright State Basketball Coaches Show takes place on various Monday nights from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. throughout the basketball seasons. The shows feature men's coach Scott Nagy, while women's coach Kari Hoffman makes select appearances. The shows welcome fans in person and also air on
101.5 HANK FM.

Concessions
Savor offers a wide variety of concession menu items. All concession stands were made cashless in 2022 and only accept credit/debit cards as a form of payment. Concession stands are located all around the upper concourse (those open will vary game by game), and on the arena floor nearest gate 9. Special concession areas include the Budweiser Brew Deck and Raider Pub which are open during men's basketball games.
Courtside Seating
Platinum courtside seats are located right on the arena floor. Fans may access the seats during men's basketball games through a qualifying Raider Athletic Fund membership and are open to the public during women's basketball games. Courtside seats also come with complimentary snacks and refreshments near the Raider Pub, and include a pregame meal in the Berry Room before each men's basketball game. Dayton Business Journal Party Deck
The Dayton Business Journal Party Deck is located on the arena floor and is available for group outings on a per game basis. The deck holds up to 100 people depending on the setup. Electronic Ticket Scanning
All tickets will be electronically scanned to verify authenticity. Tickets which have been scanned upon entry cannot be reused by another fan. Patrons assume all risks for tickets purchased through sources other than the WSU Athletics Ticket Office. Visit our Mobile Ticket Guide to learn more about digital tickets.
Elevators
Wright State's Nutter Center has two elevators available for use, both located on the back side of the building. Elevator access may be restricted during certain events and available only for patrons with disabilities.
Emergency Procedures
Wright State's Nutter Center staff members are trained in emergency procedures. Please follow their instructions in an emergency situation.

Fan Code of Conduct
Wright State University's Nutter Center is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable event experience for all fans and event participants.
The Fan Code of Conduct is designed to set clear expectations and encourage an event environment that is enjoyable for all. Wright State's Nutter Center strives to encourage good sportsmanship, and that includes appropriate fan behavior. In order to achieve this goal, we ask all fans to adhere to the following fan code of conduct:
- Our guests experience will not be disrupted by unruly actions or behaviors of others.
- Guests should report any inappropriate behavior to the nearest staff member.
- Guests will sit only in their ticketed seats and show their tickets when requested.
- Guests wearing obscene or indecent clothing will be asked to change prior to admission into the arena.
- Guests will not interfere with the event. Such actions could result in ejection from the premises.
- Wright State University is a tobacco-free campus; therefore, smoking is not permitted.
- Guests should refrain from verbal or physical harassment of the opposing team's players or fans, field officials, and arena personnel.
- Upon entering the facility, all guests and items are subject to a physical inspection. Entering the gate area constitutes your consent to screening. Refusal to submit to inspection will result in denied entry.
- Guests will consume alcoholic beverages in a responsible manner. Intervention with an impaired, intoxicated, or underage guest will be handled in a prompt and safe manner. Those appearing intoxicated will be denied entry or will be subject to ejection from Wright State's Nutter Center.
- NCAA policy prevents fans from entering the field of play unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member.
- Guests must adhere to the Code of Conduct provisions or they will be subject to ejection without refund and may also be in violation of city ordinances resulting in possible arrest and prosecution.
First Aid
Wright State University's Nutter Center provides medics from the Fairborn Fire Department for most ticketed events. Please let any staff member know if you need treatment. The First Aid office is located on the concourse level between sections 200 and 201 (near the elevators).

Gates Open
For most events the gates open approximately one hour before the start of the event. Please check the event details on the website for information specific to the event you're attending. Occasionally, circumstances may cause the doors to open earlier than expected.
Group Tickets
Group rate tickets may be purchased by calling the WSU Athletics Ticket Office at 937-775-4934. Groups must have a minimum quantity of 20 tickets to receive the group discount. Please visit our

Guest Services
The Guest Services Center is located on the concourse level at section 210. They can help you with seating, lost party members, emergencies, and any other questions you may have.

Hall of Fame
The Wright State University Athletics Hall of Fame is located on the Nutter Center concourse between gates 4 and 5.

Lost and Found
If you lose an item, please visit the Guest Services Center on the concourse level at section 210. After the event is over, you may email
Lost and Found or leave a voice mail at (937) 775-4743. If you find an item, please turn it in to any staff member.
Lost or Missing Persons
If you notice that a member of your party is lost or missing, immediately report to the Guest Services desk on the concourse level at section 210. Wright State University Nutter Center staff will help you locate your lost party members.

McLin Gymnasium
Located inside Gate 9 of Wright State's Nutter Center is McLin Gymnasium, home of Raider volleyball and practice facilities for many of Wright State University's athletics teams that can also be used for corporate functions. McLin Gymnasium can be transformed into a banquet hall with 28,000 square feet of exhibit space, able to accommodate receptions, banquets, conferences, and dinners for 300 to 1,000 people. McLin Gymnasium can also be set up to handle trade shows and exhibitions. For rental information, please visit the

Media
Members of the media must request a credential in advance. Media will call is located in the loading dock via lot 5. All media requests should be directed to Nick Phillips at

Noisemakers
Horizon League and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought into the Nutter Center.

Outside Food and Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the Nutter Center.

Parking
For men's basketball parking in lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9 are reserved for season ticket holders who have a qualifying Raider Athletic Fund (RAF) membership. Donor requirements for parking are as low as $100. Increasing your RAF level can be achieved by making a philanthropic donation or upgrading your seats. For those without a parking pass, general parking is available in lots 7 and 8. A shuttle is provided that picks up at lot 8 and drops off at gate 6. The shuttle runs continuously starting 1 hour prior to tipoff until 30 minutes postgame. To view the parking map please visit our

For women's basketball all parking is free and open to the public in lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 9.
Postponed Events
If an event is postponed, information will be posted on our website and distributed to various media outlets. Wright State Athletics makes every effort to notify as many fans as possible, with as much notice as possible. Digital tickets will be automatically updated once a decision has been made whether the event will be rescheduled or canceled.
Premium Seating
Premium seating in the Nutter Center not only comes with a great view but is accompanied by many additional benefits when purchased as men's basketball season tickets. Premium seats are located on the sidelines of the court in the first 12 rows. These seat locations come with a ticket cost and an additional premium contribution that counts towards Raider Athletic Fund membership. RAF benefits range from parking passes, Raider Pub Access and much more, making Premium seats one of the best all-around values in the Nutter Center.
Prohibited Items
For all events, the following are prohibited: food, drinks, large backpacks, helium filled balloons, firearms, weapons of any kind, animals (except service animals to aid guests with disabilities), selfie sticks, electronic cigarettes, air horns, and other items deemed inappropriate by arena security and staff.

Raider Athletic Fund

Raider Pub
The Raider Pub is located on the arena floor just behind the Dayton Business Journal Party Deck. The pub is open one hour before tipoff of men's basketball games to those who make a qualifying gift to the Raider Athletic Fund. The pub is equipped with a discounted bar, an exclusive food item for sale and complimentary popcorn.
Re-entry
Wright State University's Nutter Center does not permit re-entry.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are available throughout the Nutter Center concourse (Gates 2, 4-5, 7 and by the elevators), at gate 9 on the arena floor level and on the 3
rd floor near the Berry Room. All public restrooms are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with baby changing stations.
Rowdy Raider mascot
Wright State University's mascot, Rowdy Raider, is available for appearances. Visit our

Smoking Policy
Wright State University's Nutter Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is only permitted in the outdoor designated areas located at Gates 3 & 6.

Suites
There are eighteen luxury suites located on the Nutter Center concourse. The majority of the suites are leased by local companies or Wright State University departments, but a few are typically available to rent. Each suite accommodates approximately twelve people. Catering for the luxury suites is exclusive to Savor. Savor's amenities include an on-site chef, professional meat carvers, bartenders, a complete line of hors d'oeuvres, mini buffets, and brunches. They also offer a complete line of wines, beers, and liquors. A special item or full menu may be made-to-order for any occasion. For more information on renting our luxury suites, please visit our

Tobacco Products
Wright State University is designated as a tobacco (including electronic cigarettes, vapor devices, etc.) free campus. We request and appreciate your adherence and compliance with this University Policy.
Ticket Problems
If patrons have ticket problems prior to game day, they should contact the WSU Athletic Ticket Office. All tickets are accessed online via the WSU Account at
am.ticketmaster.com/wrightstate or in the Wright State Raiders mobile. If a patron cannot access their account at the arena, they must go to the customer service/ticket sales windows at the Nutter Center Box Office for assistance.
Ticket Transfers
Transferring individual game tickets is convenient and simple using the Wright State Raiders app or your WSU Account. Visit our Mobile Ticket Guide for a full breakdown.
Transfer of season tickets and the right to purchase these tickets in the future are at the discretion of the Athletic Department. To request a season ticket transfer please contact the WSU Athletics Ticket Office.

Weapons/Firearms
No weapons/firearms of any kind are permitted in the Nutter Center or other athletic facilities.
Weather
Occasionally an event may be adversely impacted by the weather. If an event must be postponed or canceled due to weather, information will be posted on the Wright State University Nutter Center website, as well as distributed to local media outlets. Every effort will be made to notify as many patrons as possible, with as much notice as possible.
Wheelchairs
Wright State University's Nutter Center provides wheelchairs at Guest Services on the concourse level at section 210. If needed, please ask any Wright State Nutter Center staff member to provide one. Reservations are not required.
Wright State University Campus Store
The Wright State University Campus store is located at gates 3 and 9 in the Nutter Center on game day during men's basketball games. Fans can also shop in person at the WSU Student Union bookstore location or online at
wright.ecampus.com
