Lori Collins, the team MVP in the 1993-94 season and co-MVP in the 1994-95 season, is the program's all-time leading rebounder with 897 rebounds and currently ranks 13th on the all-time scoring list with 1,108 points.

The Louisville, KY native ranks in the top ten in several categories for a career, including free throws made, average rebounds, and steals. She lead the team in rebounds in each season from 1992-95.

Collins was an assistant coach for the Raiders for four years.
