As a seven-time All-American, Maria Miniaci-Neatherton was a decorated swimmer as a Raider. She was also voted the team’s Most Improved swimmer for the 1978-79 season.

Miniaci-Neatherton is also a member of the Wright State Swimming and Diving Wall of Fame.
