Val Staley-Lewis earned 22 All-America honors during her time with the Raiders, the most by any WSU female athlete.
As team co-MVP in 1984, she set records in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, 200 individual medley and was part of the record setting teams in the 200 and 400 medley relays.
Staley-Lewis is also a member of the Wright State Swimming and Diving Wall of Fame.
