The Wright State women's soccer team picked up its third straight win Sunday afternoon, scoring three times in the first half en route to a 3-1 victory at Morehead State.
The Raiders opened the scoring at the 7:31 mark of the first half as Amber Kasmer then scored her second of the season on a penalty kick at the 40-minute mark to extend the lead to 2-0.
Wright State then tallied its final goal four minutes later as Morgan Hendrickson recorded her first collegiate goal, a shot from 30 yards out that went over the head of the Eagle goalkeeper.
Brooke McCurdy notched 10 saves in just over 70 minutes in goal with Meghan Hackerson playing the final 20. WSU attempted just six shots compared to 16 for Morehead State, including a 9-1 differential in the second half.
