A late goal by Ashley Miltko forced overtime, but the Wright State women's soccer team could not come up with the game-winner, settling for a 1-1 tie with Green Bay Friday night at Alumni Field.
After neither team scored in the first half, Green Bay took the lead at the 64:22 mark of the second half as a shot by Ahna Logan found the back of the net on the left side on an assist by Megan Braatz.
It stayed that way until Miltko came up with the equalizer at the 85:02 mark off of a Raider corner kick. It was Miltko's four goal of the season.
The Raiders had opportunities throughout as they finished with a 22-7 shot advantage, including 7-1 in the two overtime periods, but could not come up with another goal.
Wright State (6-2-4, 1-0-1 Horizon) heads to Chicago next Saturday, October 6, to face Loyola in an 8:00 Eastern match.
