Swimming Competes in Day Two of Horizon League Meet

The Wright State men's swimming and diving team is fifth and the women are seventh after the second day of the Horizon League Championships Thursday in Cleveland.
Kile Aukerman placed second in the 200 IM, setting a new school record (1:48.07) in the process while Luke Osgood also took second in the 50 free. The team of Aukerman, Clement Quilliec, Osgood and Matt Dassow placed third in the 400 medley relay, setting a new school record (3:16.14).
On the women's side, Kyah Fleckner placed sixth in the 1-meter diving while the 400 medley relay team of Kristen Hayhow, Emily Hayhow, Kayla Fearrin, and Samantha Miller also finished sixth.
The championships continue through Saturday.
