Wright State women's soccer coach
Pat Ferguson has announced the signing of six players join the Raider program and continue their educations at Wright State University.

The newest Raiders are: Emma Antoine, Lauren Borchert, Rylee Clark, Alainna Hoenke, Kiera Sarka and Sydney White.

Here's some background on each signee:

Emma Antoine: A native of Camel, Indiana, Antoine attended Carmel High School, where she was a part of a state championship team in 2018 and a state runner-up team in 2019 while the team was ranked second in the state and third in the nation during her senior season. Named an all-district performer in 2019, Antoine was the first recipient of the IHSAA Face of Sportsmanship in in 2018 and played club soccer with Indy Premier Elite.

Lauren Borchert: A native of Richfield, Ohio, Borchert attended Holy Name High School, where she was a two-year team captain and the team's MVP in 2019. A four-time Great Lakes Conference all-league selection, she was a three-time all-district player in Greater Cleveland and was named second team all-Ohio in 2019, along with being named Academic all-Ohio this fall. Borchert played club soccer with Cleveland Force Striker Club.

Rylee Clark: A native of Oregon, Ohio, Clark attended Clay High School, where she was a two-year captain. An all-TRAC player, she was named an all-district first team player in 2016, 2017 and 2019 along with all-state honors as a senior in 2019. Clark played club soccer with Pacesetter Soccer Club and was a three-time State Cup champion and was part of the first team in club history to play in the National League and qualify for Nationals.

Alainna Hoenke: A native of Bexley, Ohio, Hoenke attended Bexley High School, where she was a two-time team captain. She earned first team all-league honors in 2018 and 2019 and was named a second-team all-district performer in 2018 before earning first-team all-district honors this fall. Hoenke played club soccer with Freedom Soccer Club and was Ohio South State Cup Champions 2015, along with ODP Region II regional camp 2015 to 2017.

Kiera Sarka: A native of Twinsburg, Ohio, Sarka attended Walsh Jesuit High School, where she was a part of a district championship and regional finalist team. She was named to the North Coast League's blue division first team in 2018 and 2019 and played club soccer with Cleveland Force.

Sydney White: A native of Centerville, Ohio, White attended Centerville High School, where she was a team captain as a senior. She was named third team all-Miami Valley South and was a second team all-region performer. White played club soccer with Ohio Galaxies.
