Mullen joined the Raider coaching staff as an assistant during the 2015-16 season, working with distance groups and backstrokers.  She earned a bachelor's degree in Earth & Environmental Sciences in 2015 and is pursuing a master's degree in Earth & Environmental Sciences at WSU.

2014-15: Selected to Winter Horizon League All-Academic Team...best team times in 500 (5:08.89), 1000 (10:29.89) and 1650 (17:44.16) free...second best in 200 free (1:55.31)...fourth in 100 free (55.64) and fourth in 50 free (25.51)...best time in 200 back (2:00.71) and second best in 100 back (57.12)...part of school record 200 and 400 medley relay teams...best 200 relay team time...team captain...Raider Award recipient.

2013-14: Best times in 500 free 5:13.60, 200 back 2:05.34...second best 100 back 58.63...fourth best 100 free 54.81...second best 1000 free 10:42.13, 1650 free 18:01.11 and 200 free 1:55.70...part of the top 200 and 800 free relay teams...team captain...Raider Award recipient.

2012-13: Posted team's best time in the 200 back at 2:04.88...second top times in 1000 free (10:30.86), 1650 free (17:43.14) and 200 IM (2:14.78)...third for the 500 free at 5:15.12...fourth best in 100 back (1:01.38) and 100 free (54.98)...part of the top 800 free relay team.

2011-12: Fourth best times in the 500 free (5:17.56) and 100 back (1:01.59)...second top time in the 200 back (2:05.52) and 1650 free (17:37.18)...1000 free best time on the team at 10:26.90...part of the team's best 800 free relay team.
