2018: Ran 5k of 18:33.5. Best 8k was 27:54.9 at All-Ohio Collegiate Championships
Cross Country:
2021: Raced in five events… Turned in a season-best time of 28:46.5 in the 8K at the Louisville Classic.
2020*: Ran a 30:06.0 8K at the Wright State Winter XC Challenge.
*2020 season was ran spring 2021 due to COVID-19 pandemic
2019: Personal best 10k 36:21.4 at NCAA Division I Great Lakes region Cross Country Championships. Personal best 8k 26:40.6 at Bradley Pink Classic. Personal best 5k 17:58.1 at Queen City Invitational.
Track & Field:
2020 (Indoor): Ran 3000m of 9:41.56 at Steemer Showcase
2019 (Outdoor): Personal best 1500m 4:34.97 at Oliver Nikoloff Invitational. Best 5000m 16:45.55 Otterbein Twilight Invitational
2019 (Indoor): Personal best 3000m 9:41.55 at QDOBA Marshall Invitational

Maumee Coach's Award in 2014 and 2017...best time was 17:43...also played baseball...one brother and one sister...his sister Sarah ran track at University of the South...son of John Paul and Lori Board
