Viewing Your Mobile Tickets/Passes
Once you have logged in on your mobile device, select the event you would like to view.
Tap "View Barcode" on the individual ticket or parking pass to display the barcode before you arrive at the venue. Swipe to view your additional tickets. Adding each ticket to Apple Wallet or Google Pay allows for easier mobile entry into the venue. Please note, screenshots of your barcode will not work for entry. If you do not see the "Add to Wallet" button on your iPhone, try turning your phone horizontally so the screen rotates, then scroll up to see the "Add to Wallet" button under the barcode. Your phone zoom settings can sometimes affect the "Add to Wallet" button showing up.
Note: Be sure to turn your screen brightness to the highest setting when you are getting your barcodes scanned. NFC scanning (aka Tap to Scan) works on iPhone 7 and iOS 11 and higher. If you have an iPhone 6 or 6+ or lower, or iOS version 11 or lower, please tap View Barcode and do not add your ticket to Apple Wallet.
