Biography

2016: Started 59 times in the outfield...hit .296 with 169 at bats, 50 hits, 27 runs and 15 RBI...four doubles and one triple...six walks and eight stolen bases...16 multi-hit games with three vs Michigan State...two RBI against Green Bay and Cleveland State.

2015: 39 games played mostly as pinch runner...10 starts in the outfield...two hits against Drake...doubled against Murray State...one walk...13 runs scored...nine stolen bases with no caught stealing.

2014: Did not play due to injury.

Notes: Team captain in 2013 and team MVP in 2012...district Player of the Year in 2012 as well as all state...all city and all district junior and senior years...recipient of the Courageous Female Student-Athlete of the Year Award from the Ohio High School Athletic Association, which honor those athletes that not only excel in athletics but also have shown great character in adverse situations...has two brothers and two sisters...team advanced to regional finals in 2013...daughter of Stephen and Beth Salyers.
