Emily Albanese joined Wright State in the fall of 2017 with the women's basketball program as her primary responsibility. She also serves as the insurance coordinator for the athletic department.
The Northeast Ohio native earned her bachelor's degree in athletic training from the University of Mount Union in 2013. She played for the women's basketball team during her time at UMU, reaching two NCAA Division III Tournaments, including a trip to the Sweet 16 in 2012.
After graduation, she attended Elmira College (NY), earning a master's degree in 2015, before becoming a full-time athletic trainer with the women's basketball, women's soccer, and baseball teams.
In her free time, Emily enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
