Wright State University Athletics

Maigan Glass joined Wright State Athletics in January 2015 as the Special Assistant to the Director of Athletics. Glass has since been promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance, a role she has occupied since October 2018. 

Glass oversees the Raiders' compliance with NCAA, Horizon League, and University rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics operations while also managing functions related to the athletics financial aid program, the approval of competitive schedules for all sports, and the preparation and submission of official reports, appeals, waiver requests as well as other official correspondence between the athletics program and the NCAA/Horizon League.

Before Wright State, Glass worked at nearby Wittenberg University as the Assistant Athletic Director for Facilities (2014-15) before serving as Assistant AD for External Affairs with the department the previous year. Prior to her arrival in Springfield, Glass spent a year at the University of Northern Colorado, where she served as an intern with the Blue & Gold Club in the university's athletics department. In that capacity, she assisted in fundraising events.

Glass was a four-year letterwinner for the Kent State University volleyball team from 2008-11. She served as a team captain as a senior and was selected to participate in the NCAA Regional Career in Sports Forum in 2012. Glass earned numerous academic awards, including the Mid-American Conference Commissioner's Award in 2010.

The Lancaster, Wisconsin native earned a bachelor of arts in psychology from Kent State in 2012 and a master of science in sport and exercise science from Northern Colorado in 2013. 

Glass and her husband, Brennen, have two daughters - Lennon and Maxwell.
