Zach Beal

Zach Beal was named Wright State's inaugural NIL Program Manager in the summer of 2025 after originally joining the Wright State athletic department in August 2023 an Athletics Academic Advisor and Compliance Coordinator.

In his role as NIL Program Manager, Beal leads the university’s Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) efforts as well as revenue sharing, serving as the primary point of contact for student-athletes, campus stakeholders, local businesses, and community partners. Beal oversees all aspects of Wright State’s growing NIL and revenue sharing initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with the university’s broader strategic goals of recruitment, retention, and relationship-building. His work will focus on maximizing opportunities for student-athletes to benefit from NIL, while also cultivating partnerships that generate revenue, enhance the Raider brand and strengthen ties with alumni and area businesses.

Prior to coming to Wright State, Beal was an athletics compliance intern at Portland State University and also spent over 10 years in public school education. He earned his bachelor’s degree in history from Central Washington University in 2008.
