Women Finish Third, Men Fourth at Horizon League Championships

The Wright State women finished third and the men fourth as the Horizon League Swimming and Diving Championships concluded Saturday at the UIC Natatorium in Chicago.
On the women's side, first-place finishers for the Raiders were Ali Hohman, Erin Stevning and Pipkorn in the 400 free relay (3:25.93). Justyna Hampel placed second in the 1650 free (17:02.55).
For the men, Nathan Demchuk won the 200 back (1:49.51) while T.J. Collins, Danny Munoz, Adam Carnell and Botha was second in the 400 free relay (3:00.39).
Following the meet, Pipkorn was selected as the Horizon League Co-Athlete of the Year with Milwaukee's Danielle Wenger.
