2008-09: Competed in three events and one relay event at the Horizon League Championships...won league titles in the 400 Yard Individual Medley and 200 Yard Backstroke...placed second in the 1000 Yard Freestyle...placed fourth in the 400 Yard Medley Relay...set team records in the 1000 Yard Freestyle and 400 Yard Individual Medley...also held top times in the 200 Yard Freestyle, 500 Yard Freestyle, 1650 Yard Freestyle, 200 Yard Butterfly, 100 Yard Backstroke, 200 Yard Backstroke, and 200 Yard Individual Medley.
2007-08: Named the 2008 Horizon League Co-Swimmer of the Meet and Co-Athlete of the Year...won the 400 Individual Medley and 1000 Freestyle at the Horizon League Championships...posted a runner-up finish in the 200 Backstroke at the championships...was a member of the league championships record breaking 800 Freestyle Relay team that took the league crown...owned the teams top time and broke the school record in the 1000 Freestyle and 400 Individual Medley...was a member of four of the top relay teams during the season...also held some of the teams top
2006-07: Finished second in the 1650 free, fourth in the 1000 free and seventh in the 500 free at the League meet...part of the 800 free relay team that won a League title...posted team's second-best time in the 1650 free, third-best in the 500 and 1000 free along with the 100 back, fourth-best in the 200 back, 200 breast and 200 IM and fifth-best in the 200 fly and 400 IM...part of WSU's top team in the 800 free relay.
Prep: Youth tour team all-star with Swim Alberta...was a three-time champion in the 100 free and also won in the 200 free, 100 fly, 50 free 200 and 400 free relay and 200 and 400 medley relay...holds league record in the 200 free relay...holds club records in the 800 free, 200 fly and 100 free.
Personal: Born Nathan Philip Demchuk on May 7, 1988...is the son of Darrell and Patty Demchuk and has one sister.
