
Men Go 1-2 to Open Spring Season

The Wright State men's tennis team went 1-2 in opening its spring season Saturday in East Lansing, Michigan.
After falling 7-0 to Michigan State, the Raiders bounced back with a 6-1 decision over Morehead State. WSU won five of six singles matches, including straight-set wins for #1 Martin Arguello, #3 Michal Lyzwa, #4 Jamison Clark and #6 Dan Hyman. The Raiders also took all three doubles matches.
WSU dropped a 4-3 decision to Bradley to wrap up the day despite wins from Arguello, Hayden Joblin and Lyzwa in the first three singles. Clark and Joblin teamed for Wright State's lone win in doubles.
Wright State hits the road for a pair of matches next weekend, taking on St. Louis on Friday, January 20, at 2:45 and SIU Edwardsville on Saturday, January 21, at 3:00.
