An own goal in the second half lifted the Wright State men's soccer team to a 1-0 Horizon League win at Green Bay Saturday night.
The goal came at the 72:30 mark as the ball deflected off of a Phoenix defender and into the net.
Green Bay finished with a 13-10 edge in shots, but sophomore goalkeeper Tyler Blackmer recorded four saves in posting his sixth shutout of the season.
Wright State (8-5-1, 3-3 Horizon) closes out the home portion of its schedule next week with a pair of matches, hosting IPFW on Tuesday, October 21, and UIC on Saturday, October 25, with both starting at 7:00.
