Track Finishes Fifth at Yellow Jacket Open

The Wright State track team finished fifth at the Yellow Jacket Open Saturday, held at Cedarville University.
Brandy Daniels won two events on the day, taking the long jump (5.16m) and the 100 meter dash (12.89) titles while Brittany Jones was third in the long jump (4.94m), 100 meter hurdles (15.81) and 400 meter hurdles (1:06.99). Alexandra Brown placed fourth in the 1500 meter run (4:54.37) while Brittany Bailey was fourth in the 800 meter run (2:26.33).
Wright State returns to action on Saturday, April 4, at the Ohio Cherry Blossom Invitational in Athens.
