Ngatcha Lifts Men's Soccer Past Cincinnati in Double Overtime

Peguy Ngatcha scored both goals, including the golden goal at the 107:13 mark of double overtime, as the Wright State men's soccer team defeated Cincinnati 2-1 Friday night at Gettler Stadium.
"Cincinnati gave us all we could handle tonight," said WSU head coach Bryan Davis. "You have to give them a ton of credit as that is a improving young team."
"As for us, we got a goal and got complacent and that when Cincinnati took it to us in the second half," added Davis. "We got fortunate to get to overtime and regroup and, as the stats and film shows, my experienced group really positively turned the game around for themselves to get the win. It's a great team win against a good team, but we have a ton to improve on if we really want to reach our goals."
Wright State (2-1) opens the home portion of its schedule on Monday, September 5, as the Raiders host Duquesne at 7:00 at Alumni Field.
