@WSU_TF_XC Heads to Horizon League Championships

The men's and women's cross country teams will head to Kenosha, WI for Saturday's Horizon League Championship at Wayne Dannehl Cross Country Course. The women will start at Noon eastern for the 6K and the men are slated for 1 pm for the 8K.

At last year's meet in Rochester, MI, the men placed sixth and the women were fifth. Top runners in that meet for both teams return for this year's even and both have led the Raiders much of the 2018 season. Hailey Brumfield, a senior from Tipp City, OH, placed 14th overall with a time of 23.01.9. Junior Nathan Dunn from Covington, OH placed eighth with a time of 25:55.3.

Parking

Free parking for teams is available in the parking lot across from the course on Friday. On Saturday, free parking for team buses and spectators is available near the Sports & Activities Center.

Directions

Directions to Wayne E Dannehl National Cross Country Course Exit Interstate 94/41 at Exit 339 (HWY E) head east on HWY E for approximately 3.8 miles. Head north on Green Bay Rd (HWY 31) for 1/2 a mile, turn east onto Petrifying Springs Rd (HWY JR) for 3/4 miles. The entrance to the cross country course will be on the south side of the road.
