Ernsthausen Named to All-Academic Team

Junior Parker Ernsthausen of the Wright State men's basketball team has been named to the 2018 Horizon League Men's Basketball All-Academic Team, conference officials announced today.
The Bowling Green native was one of five honored and graduated officially in December with a degree in Accountancy. He is currently pursuing his master's degree. Ernsthausen has started all 31 games for the Raiders this year, averaging 5.1 points and 2.4 rebounds.
The team is voted on by each school's Faculty Representative. The Horizon League recognizes student-athletes with seasonal Academic All-League Teams in each of its 19 championship sports. To be eligible for Horizon League All-Academic consideration, a student-athlete must have a cumulative grade-point-average of 3.20 or higher (based on a 4.00 scale) and have completed at least one year at the member institution, having earned 24 semester-hour or 36 quarter-hour credits.

Wright State will play in the Little Caesars Horizon League Championship this weekend at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, MI. The Raiders will play Sunday at 5:30 pm against the winner of Friday night's Green Bay/Detroit Mercy game.
