Sauer Named SAAC Athlete of the Month

Teddie Sauer, a sophomore for the Wright State volleyball team, has been named the WSU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Athlete of the month today.
As the Raiders went 3-1 in August, Sauer led the team at 3.84 kills per set after being named the MVP of the West Virginia Invitational. She hit .256 with 65 kills, 71 digs, 11 aces and 29 total blocks. WSU is currently 5-1 overall with a championship at the Morehead State Invitational and play in the NCSU/CU Invitational this weekend.
The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee holds a monthly meeting of Wright State team captains from all 16 sports along with athletic administration to discuss issues and concerns.
