@WSU_SB Opens Horizon League Schedule

Wright State (12-12) enters Horizon League play on a four-game win streak after doubleheader victories over Morehead State on Tuesday and Dayton and Bowling Green on Wednesday. The Raiders finished 12-10 in the league last season and will open this year's conference slate with a three game series against Detroit Mercy. The Titans (8-16) head to WSU Softball Field after finishing 1-3 at the Billiken Spring Tournament.
Rebekah Lenos has come on strong for the Raiders in recent weeks. Lenos now leads Wright State in batting average (.327) and reached base in each of her three at bats in Wednesday's walk off win over Bowling Green. Madison Whitaker has contributed 20 RBI along with three long homers this season. Maddux Hughes, Lexie Hilling, Olivia Otani, and Makenna Durieux have led Wright State in the circle. Hilling improved to 3-0 on the season after throwing three shutout innings against the Falcons and Durieux has recorded a team-high 36 strikeouts.
Jordan Manno has paced the Titans offensively with an impressive .342 batting average and 13 RBI. Ashley Mauser has started 13 games in the circle with a 2.53 ERA and 4-5 record. Detroit Mercy has dominated the all-time series 65-23, although Wright State took two of three in 2018.
