The Wright State track and field team will make the short trip to Cedarville this weekend for the Cedarville Yellow Jacket Invitational on Saturday.
Last weekend at High Point, the Raiders posted several top-10 finishes. On Friday, Hailey Brumfield, Molly Kearns, and Abigail Haley finished in the top 5 in the 3000 meter steeplechase event. Shelby Nolan took first place in the 5000 meter event with a time of 17:16.49 which is currently the top time in the Horizon League. Victoria Angelopoulos added a fifth place finish in the 1500 meter run. On Saturday, Victoria placed fifth in the 800 meter event and sister Sophia finished the 400 meter hurdles event with a time of 1:06.13, which was good for seventh. Finally, Maria Heckman posted an eighth place finish in the pole vault.
