
Wright State set to face Robert Morris Tuesday

The Wright State men's soccer team hits the road for the first of its final two contests this season, as they face Horizon League newcomer Robert Morris Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

LAST TIME OUT
Wright State - The Raiders are coming off a 2-0 loss at home to Green Bay. Wright State looked to score early as just three minutes into the contest Joe Kouadio's shot went high. Just seconds later, Zion Beaton's shot went wide left. Green Bay tallied its first goal of the contest in the eighth minute as Ezau Millan found his way around a charging Sebastian Jimenez to give the visitors a 1-0 lead. Brayden McNitt looked to tallying the tying goal in the 15th minute but his shot to the center of the net was saved by Yoder. After the two teams played scoreless the rest of the first half, the Phoenix found the back of the net again in the 58th minute on a nice finish by Bernard Assibey Rhule. Rhule found an opening after a nice assist from Ezau Milan.
Robert Morris – The Colonials were idle last week following the cancellation of their road matchup against Detroit Mercy. Robert Morris last took the pitch when they dropped a 2-0 decision against Northern Kentucky on March 18th. The match remained deadlocked at 0-0 into the 71', two late goals for the Norse helped lock up the win in regulation as NKU handed RMU its fourth loss of the year.Â
