Small Raider contingent competes at All-Ohio Championship

CEDARVILLE – The Wright State men's and women's cross country teams had a small contingent at the All-Ohio Championship on Friday afternoon, with four Raider women and three Raider men competing.

In the women's 6K race, Abigail Halsey paced Wright State with a 29th place finish with her time of 23:52.3, while Emma Shigley (25:15.3), Kaitlyn Miller (29:24.3) and Anna Johnson (29:58.9) also competed. Michael Board (30:42.6), Nathan Childs (32:41.8) and Blake Martin (32:52.3) ran in the men's 8K race for the Raiders.

Wright State will now take a weekend off before returning to action on October 2 at the Live in Lou Cross Country Classic hosted by the University of Louisville.
