DYER, IN – The Wright State bowling team wrapped up action at the Valpo Bowling Classic on Sunday with two more wins in bracketed style match play as the Raiders finished 12th in the 17-team field.

The Raiders opened Sunday match play with a win against North Central College (IL) 4-1, advancing to take on Tusculum, where Wright State pulled out a close, 4-3 victory to move on to face Alabama A&M. The Raiders found themselves in another tight matchup, this time falling 4-3 to conclude action.

Wright State ended the weekend with a 7-6 overall record in 69 games over the three days of action.

Wright State doesn't have to travel at all for its next tournament action, hosting the Raider Classic on November 12 and 13 at Poelking Woodman Lanes in Kettering, OH.
