INDIANAPOLIS/DAYTON – The Wright State men's basketball game at Cleveland State on Friday, February 17 has been selected to be nationally televised on ESPNU, the Horizon League and ESPN announced on Thursday afternoon.
Â
The game remains a 7 p.m. tipoff with the national television selection.
Â
The Raiders now have back-to-back Friday night national broadcasts, as Wright State hosts Northern Kentucky inside the Nutter Center this Friday night (9 p.m. tipoff, ESPNU). The meeting at Cleveland State will be the third national television appearance for the Raiders this season and the 32nd national television broadcast for Wright State under head coach Scott Nagy.
Â
Wright State grabbed a 90-85 home victory over Detroit Mercy back on January 6 on ESPN2 in its first national broadcast of the season after playing in seven national television games in 2021-22, including three during the regular season before two Horizon League tournament broadcasts and two NCAA national productions, with the Raiders tallying a 5-2 record in those games.
Â
The Raiders have won four of their last five games overall heading into Friday's contest with Northern Kentucky and are coming off a Wednesday night 103-71 home victory over IUPUI.
Â
Wright State's contest at Cleveland State begins a four-game road trip to close the regular season, with the Raiders following up their visit to Cleveland with a matchup at Purdue Fort Wayne on February 19 before ending the slate in the Detroit metro area with meetings at Oakland (Feb. 23) and Detroit Mercy (Feb. 25).
