
Raiders finalize 2023-24 non-conference schedule

DAYTON — The Wright State women's basketball program released its 2023-24 non-conference schedule on Wednesday, a slate featuring five home contests, two Power Five programs, and a multi-team exempt event (MTE).
Wright State preps for its 2023-24 campaign with a home exhibition against Tiffin (November 6) before tipping off the regular season on November 6 at Southern Indiana. WSU continues its season with a road matchup against Big Ten Conference opponent Michigan State on November 12. The Raiders and Spartans have only met twice, most recently during the 2018-19 season.
WSU hosts Mount Vernon Nazarene on November 14 for its home opener, followed by a meeting at Indiana State on November 18. The Raiders then have four consecutive non-conference games on its home floor, welcoming Slippery Rock (November 20), Marshall (November 27), Eastern Illinois (December 9), and Bowling Green (December 12) to the Nutter Center.
Wright State travels to Morgantown for a meeting against West Virginia on December 18. WSU trails 2-4 in the all-time series versus WVU, highlighted by wins in 1997 and 2000.
The Raiders conclude their non-conference schedule with two games at the Holiday Hoops Classic in Las Vegas, Nevada. Wright State opens the multi-team exempt event against Presbyterian on December 21 before facing Wyoming on December 22.
