MOUNT PLEASANT, MI- The Wright State women's soccer team recorded their second straight shutout to wrap-up non-conference play taking down Central Michigan 1-0 Thursday afternoon.
Wright State (3-5) will open Horizon League play next Thursday, September 18, when they hit the road to take on Purdue Fort Wayne. Kickoff is currently slated for 7 p.m.
Samara Nunn got the Raiders on the board early netting her second goal of the season in just the second minute of the match. Nunn made a run up the line on the right side of the field, danced into the box where she slotted the ball past the Central Michigan goalkeeper.

In the box score, the Raiders trailed in shots (7-12) and shots on goal (2-6), but led in corner kick opportunities (8-7). Danielle Charleston and Kaitlyn Eyink played all 90 minutes in the field.
