Wright State Women’s Basketball Adds Allie Daniels

DAYTON- Wright State women's basketball coach Kari Hoffman has announced the addition of transfer Allie Daniels.
Daniels, a 6-3 forward from Huntington, WV., joins the Raiders after spending her freshman season at West Virginia Wesleyan.
"Allie is a natural rebounder," said Hoffman. "She is relentless in her pursuit on the glass and can impact every game with her effort. Allie has an impressive face-up game that makes her really hard to guard offensively. We are so excited for Allie to join our squad."
Daniels spent her freshman campaign at West Virginia Wesleyan, playing and starting 25 games for the Bobcats in the 2025-26 season. The forward averaged 8.3 points on 54.1 percent shooting while hauling in a team-high 9.1 rebounds per game. During her freshman campaign, Daniels tallied 11 double-digit rebounding games and nine double-digit scoring games, combining for four double-doubles. Daniels erupted for a career-high 16 points against Glenville State before following it up almost a month later with another career-best, snagging 18 rebounds.
The forward was a standout at Spring Valley High School in Huntington, WV, where she claimed a state title in her senior season. Daniels also filled up her trophy case in her senior campaign, being named the Player of the Year by the Herald Dispatch, First Team All-State by the West Virginia Sports Writers Association, First Team All-MSAC, and named to the All-Tournament West Virginia State Team.
Daniels becomes the third transfer addition to the Wright State roster, joining Jasmine Fearne and Jayden Terry, as well as high school signees Megan Ganschow, Rowan Klesmit, and Sydney Williams.
