Women’s Basketball Unveils 2026-27 Horizon League Schedule

DAYTON/INDIANAPOLIS – The Horizon League announced its 2026-27 women's basketball conference schedule Thursday afternoon, as head coach Kari Hoffman and the Raiders now know their path to the Horizon League Championship.
The conference schedule opens with a single weekend of action in early December before the close of non-conference slates around the League. The final 18 contests of the regular season will begin just ahead of the new year and run through the final weekend of the regular season in late February.
Wright State will open conference play at home in the Nutter Center as the Raiders welcome Oakland to town. The Raiders will then wrap up the 2026 portion of their conference slate on the road, traveling to Purdue Fort Wayne on December 6 and IU Indy on December 31.
The Raiders then settle in for three consecutive home contests at the Nutter Center to open the new year against Oakland (Jan. 2), Green Bay (Jan. 7), and Robert Morris (Jan. 10). Wright State will then take a road trip to the Chicagoland area to take on new Horizon League foe Northern Illinois on January 13 before returning home to host Northern Kentucky on January 16. The Raiders will play three of their final four games in January on the road, starting with their annual trip to Wisconsin to face Green Bay (Jan. 21) and Milwaukee (Jan. 23), followed by a quick stop at the Nutter Center to face IU Indy (Jan. 28) before taking another trip up north to face Cleveland State (Jan. 31).
February begins with a pair of contests as Youngstown State (Feb. 3) and Milwaukee (Feb. 6) visit the Nutter Center. The Raiders will follow up their two-game homestand with a two-game road trip to Michigan to take on Detroit Mercy (Feb. 10) and Oakland (Feb. 13). After a quick stop at home to take on Cleveland State (Feb. 17), Wright State will have another two-game road trip, taking the short trip south to Northern Kentucky (Feb. 20) before heading north to take on Youngstown State (Feb. 25). The Raiders will wrap up the regular season inside the Nutter Center on February 27 against Purdue Fort Wayne.
