2011 Cross Country: Ran in all meets...best 5K time 20:43 at the Wilmington Fall Classic...best finish was 54th with a time of 20:56 at 54th...65th at Horizon League.

2010 Cross Country: Competed in all seven meets...best 5K was 19:53 at the Queen City Invitational...best 6K time came at the Falcon Open at 24:26.

2009 Cross Country: Competed in all 6 meets...placed in WSU top 5 in 5 meets...set career best 6K at Falcon Invitational clocking in at 24:32...set season best 5K at Friendship Invitational clocking in at 20:46.

2008-09 Outdoor: Recorded times among the team leaders in the 1500 meter run, 5000 meter run and the 10000 meter run.

2008-09 Indoor: Held times among the team leaders in the 800 meter run, 1 mile run, 3000 meter run, and the 5000 meter run...finished fourth in the 5000 meter run at the Cedarville Invitational.

2008 Cross Country: Competed in all eight meets...finished among top five WSU runners in each meet...posted a season-best 5K time at the Greater Louisville Classic (10/4), clocking in at 20:15

Prep: Lettered all four years in cross country and track for the Knights...was named the team captain during her junior and senior seasons...garnered First Team All-Fort Ancient Valley Conference honors as a sophomore and junior...was a Second Team All-FAVC performer during her freshman and senior seasons...helped the Knights to the team conference championship in cross country during her sophomore and senior seasons...was a member of the state qualifying team in cross country during her senior season...helped the Knights to the FAVC Track and Field Outdoor Championship during her junior season...was a three-time medalist in the 3200 meter run at the FAVC outdoor meet...was twice a state qualifier in indoor track.
