Emily Chapman enters her first season as the Director of Operations for the Wright State women’s basketball program. 

Chapman joined the Raiders in August 2023 after spending a combined four years as a player under head coach Kari Hoffman, including the 2022-23 season at Wright State. 

The Proctorville, Ohio native was a two-time All-GMAC selection over four seasons at Cedarville University, highlighted by NCCAA All-America Second Team honors in 2021. She totaled 1,276 points with the Yellow Jackets, good for 22nd in school history. Chapman was a member of two GMAC regular season championships and two regional appearances. 

In her lone season at Wright State, Chapman averaged 9.7 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.9 assists, and 1.0 steals while also leading the team in 3-point shooting percentage (.437), free throw percentage (.857) and minutes per game (30.0). 

Chapman earned her bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with a minor in marketing from Wright State in 2023.
