Olivia Trice enters her first season as an Assistant Coach and Director of Operations for the Wright State women’s basketball program after joining the Raiders in May 2025.
A native of Huber Heights, Ohio, Trice brings five years of NCAA Division I playing experience to the staff, spending two seasons at Bowling Green State (2019–21) and three seasons at Florida International University (2021–24). She appeared in 139 career games with 43 starts, known for her consistency, three-point shooting, and leadership on and off the court.
Trice averaged 6.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game during her final collegiate season while earning Conference USA All-Academic Team honors. She tallied a career-high 21 points against Jacksonville and shot 5-of-6 from beyond the arc in a standout performance against UTEP. Her college career also included a WNIT run with Bowling Green and multiple double-digit scoring performances across both programs.
A Dayton-area native, Trice played high school basketball at Wayne High School under her father, longtime head coach Travis Trice, and was a three-time All-Greater Western Ohio Conference selection.
Basketball runs deep in the Trice family—her father, Travis Trice, currently serves as Associate Head Coach for the Wright State men’s basketball team, while her older brothers, Travis and D’Mitrik, each had standout collegiate careers and have gone on to play professionally.
Trice earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Communication and Media Studies from FIU in 2023, followed by a Master’s degree in Mass Communications in 2024.
