2007-08 Indoor: Posted team's top time in the 400 meter dash (59.20)...second-best time in the 55 meter dash (7.58) and 200 meter dash (26.86)...part of top 4x200 relay team.
2006-07 Outdoor: Recorded team's top time in the 400 meter dash (58.11) and fourth-best in the 200 meter dash.
2006-07 Indoor: Did not compete.
2005-06 Outdoor: Team MVP...recorded team's top times in the 200 meter
(26.30) and 400 meter (56.80) dashes at the Ohio Invitational.
2005-06 Indoor: Team MVP...set school record in the 400 meter dash (57.70) at the Marietta Open and also posted WSU's top indoor time in the 200 meter dash (26.76) at the same meet.
2004-05 Outdoor: Did not compete.
2004-05 Indoor: Recorded team's top times in the 200 meter dash (26.85) at the Cedarville Invitational and the 400 meter dash (58.36) at the Horizon League Championships.
Prep: Team captain and MVP as a senior for the 76ers...named all-city and all-region as a sophomore and junior...holds school records in the 400 and 800 meter dashes...also lettered in basketball and tennis.
Personal: Born Casanav Shirell Simmons on January 12, 1986...is the niece of LaJean Coleman.
