As head coach of the Raiders, Greg Andrulis posted a 12-year record of 134-72-28 from 1985 to 1996. His best season came in 1988 when he led the Raiders to a 16-4-2 mark. Starting league play in 1991, he went 24-18-5 against conference foes.

During his tenure, he coached two All-Americans, 21 All-Mideast selections, 28 All-Ohio players and two recipients of the Carl Dale Memorial Award given to the top Ohio players at their positions.

Two All-American players under Andrulis, Hylton Dayes and Rob Campbell, have been inducted into the WSU Hall of Fame; Dayes in 1991 and Campbell in 1999.

Andrulis, a native of Litchfield, CT, began his coaching career as an assistant coach at his alma mater, Eastern Connecticut State University, then at Springfield College, and Clemson University where he helped the Tigers win the 1985 NCAA Championship.

After his time at WSU, Andrulis signed on as an assistant coach with the Columbus Crew of Major League Soccer. After five seasons as an assistant, Andrulis became the head coach of the Crew. He lead the Crew to their first league title in 2002, and in 2004 was named MLS Coach of the Year. He is now the head coach at George Mason University.
