Cassandra Lloyd and Heather Parrish of the Wright State track team competed this weekend at the Alex Wilson Invitational, hosted by Notre Dame.
The meet served as one of the designated "last chance" meets in the country. The event gives student-athletes a final opportunity to qualify for the 2011 NCAA Indoor Championships next weekend in College Station, Texas.
Lloyd set a new school record in the 60 meter hurdles with a time of 8.27. She currently ranks 23rd nationally in that event.
Parrish recorded a time of 7.92 in the 60 meter dash and a distance of 5.49m in the long jump.
