Golf Eighth After First Day of Detroit Titans Invitational

Senior Paul VanDeventer is tied for the individual lead as the first two rounds of the Detroit Titans Invitational were played Friday at the Prestwick Village Golf Club in Highland, Michigan.
VanDeventer posted a two-round score of 141, including a 67 in the second round, to share the lead with Michael Balcar of Cleveland State and Evan Bowser of Oakland.
The final round is set for 8:30 Saturday morning.
