Four individuals from the Wright State golf team competed Monday in the opening round of the Flyer Invitational, held at the NCR South Course in Kettering.

Freshman Alec Velasco leads the way for the Raiders as he shot a 76 and is tied for 13th overall. Brooks Curry is tied for 19th with a 77.

The final round is set for Tuesday.
