Track Fourth After Opening Day of League Indoor Championships

The Wright State track team is fourth after the first day of the Horizon League Championships Saturday at the Watson and Tressel Training Site in Youngstown.
Natassia Roberts won the weight throw with a distance of 15.19 meters while Kaley Moss was second in the pole vault at 3.51 meters and Sarah-Ann Blount was second in the pentathlon.
Brittany Bailey set a school record in finishing first in the prelims of the 800 meter run (2:17.19) while the distance medley relay team of Jessica Doepker, Kiersten Hook, Bailey and Alexandra Brown also set a school record (12:20.42).
The championships conclude on Sunday.
