Track Competes in Final Day of Akron Invitational

The Wright State track team competed in the final day of the Akron Invitational Saturday at the Stile Field House.
Brittany Bailey had the top performance of the day for WSU as she placed fourth in the 800 meter run, breaking her own school record in the process (2:17.67). Brandy Daniels was seventh in the triple jump, Tyana Coatney eighth in the triple jump and Gabrielle Markley ninth in the high jump.
Wright State is off until February 20, when the Raiders will participate at the Buckeye Tune-Up in Columbus.
